Senior Web Developer

We're looking to add several top-notch developers to our growing web team.  You'll have the opportunity to work on "end to end" projects with autonomy, creativity and lots of room to learn and further expand your skills.

 
Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Integrate PSD comps into CMS systems.
  • Maintain existing software and projects which includes developing reusable code and frameworks to improve personal and team efficiency.
  • Accurately estimate projects to deliver work on time and on budget which includes working.
  • Assist Design, UX, and Sales teams to identify and document scope of work.
  • Stay current with tomorrow's technology and share relevant research with the team.
  • Participate in online and local software communities.
  • "Think Outside the Box" and work with our management team to develop clever solutions that make our sites more engaging, social, useful and cost-effective. 
 
Seeking a candidate with:
  • At least 3+ years of development experience with Wordpress, Drupal, Magento, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and jQuery.
  • Working knowledge of version control (GIT/SVN) and LAMP environments.
  • Ability to leverage contributed modules, plugins, and extensions.
  • Ability to create and maintain advanced custom modules, plugins, and extensions.
  • Ability to create a custom theme and site architecture from PSD's and Wireframes.
  • At least 3+ years of experience leading technical projects from design through deployment.
  • Must be up-to-the-minute on development standards and best practices.
 
Compensation:
  • We offer competitive pay depending on experience.
  • This is a full time in-house position.
